What to include

• The page or mode you were using, such as Movies, TV Shows, Connections, Six Degrees, or Higher/Lower.
• The puzzle number or date, if the issue is about a specific daily or archive puzzle.
• A short description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
• For Premium or billing questions, use the same email address you used at checkout.

Puzzle and metadata notes

CastMe uses third-party entertainment metadata as source material, then adds original puzzle selection, validation, scoring, archives, and player-facing stats. If an actor photo, cast credit, title, or rating looks wrong, reports help improve future puzzle selection and keep archive pages accurate.

Privacy and support

CastMe is playable without an account. If your question involves privacy, subscriptions, reminders, or local gameplay data, the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service explain the current setup. The Game Guide covers rules, stats, sharing, and archive behavior.
